Nopharat Thara Beach is located about 15 kilometers away from Krabi town. It stretches for almost 3 kilometers. Known initially as Klong Haeng Beach, it got its name because during low tide, the water in the canal, formed by the mountains to the north, completely dries up. The area was transformed into a wide sandy beach that extends into the sea, meeting with Ko Khaoklang. You can walk to the small islands in front of the beach during low tide.
